Apple has begin to start spending $17 billion, in order to buy up its own stock. Since the beginning of 2014, Apple has spent an estimate of  $45 billion to repurchase its stock from fleeing investors at high discounts. In the past year, Apple has sent out about $23 billion on buybacks. That's half of what its ever spent over the year of 2014. At the same time, Apple began sharing a price around $85.
